Don't we have the right to redress? I don't have a legal background but it seems to me that we, the People, have a legitimate case against those who refuse to uphold the Constitution. I don't remember which Amendment it is but am pretty sure it is part of the 1st. So, could we not file for a redress of grievances similar to a civil suit where it represents not just one party but a large group? Something has to be done to make these Senators and Representatives quake in their boots!
