New in 2020: Top uniformed leaders depart

The positive steps forward these two were able to accomplish were great. Morale was horribly low when they came in to their positions. They leave having bumped it up. Is everything perfect? No. It never will be.
I hope to God that their successors will carry on their legacy and push it forward.
