The whole membership of the New Black Panther Party wouldn't fill a neighborhood.
And they're not affiliated with the Black Panthers; they just use the name. The old Black Panthers denounce them as violent and racist.

A couple of countries was already created for individuals like this - They are called Liberia and Sierra Leone. Enough said about them.
As far as Louisiana is concerned, I think that the Cajuns and the Creoles may have something to say about this.

CPT Jack Durish So if I read this correctly, this soup sandwich wants to undo all that was fought for in the civil rights movement, and move blacks to states full of rednecks, and country folk? He would have an easier time raising the Titanic. As for starting their own Blacks Only Country, might I suggest moving him and his followers to Somalia? See if they find it to their liking. Give them a year in Somalia to see how they survive. In the meantime leave the United States alone. We have serious problems with race baiting. We need serious people who care about humanity not race leading the path to reconciliation, not hate mongers.
