I'm totally not surprised Nebraska is doing this...I'm dreading moving back to that state after retirement. And I pay Nebraska taxes so awesome I'm paying for this...smh.

LTC Eugene Chu "Use it or Lose It" I concur that it'd be better spent "In State" This won't Help Nebraska.
