If it was ACTUALLY about protecting children and life, the 1st life of protection would be for the children already here.

* Abortion Bans Force Child Rape Victims into Motherhood

The “pro-life” movement looks an awful lot like a pro-rape movement.

1.). Laws currently forces a female child to carry a rapist child.

What's the youngest age that a person can get pregnant and give birth?
The youngest known mother gave birth in the 1930s.

"There's a lot of potential dangers of carrying a pregnancy when you're age 9 or 10," Simon said. For example, during pregnancy, the volume of blood in a person's body increases by about 50%, and all that extra fluid can put tremendous strain on a child's heart, Simon said. The child's growing body may also be deprived of critical nutrients, like calcium, as those nutrients get diverted to the developing fetus.

2.) A child shouldn’t even have worry about getting pregnant let alone deliver a forced pregnancy. If it was actually about protecting children, NO STATE WOULD have ANY PROVISION OR PROBLEM letting a child get an abortion.

That child shouldn’t also not the family have to pay for the abortion because she was molested/incest/raped. ( “15 states with new or impending abortion limits have no exceptions for rape, incest” pass a law because they “LOVE/PROTECT Children” ) … they’ll have their breeding farms.

15 states with new or impending abortion limits have no exceptions for rape, incest

More than 75% of Americans support allowing legal abortions in cases of rape and incest, but many new or forthcoming laws include no such exceptions.

5.) 6 Startling Things About Sex Farms During Slavery That You May Not Know

Published on: November 26, 2014 | Updated on February 1, 2019

The fertility of enslaved women was examined by owners to make sure they were able to birth as many children as possible.

Secretly, slaveowners would impregnate enslaved women and when the child was born and grew to an age where he could work on the fields, they would take the “very same children (of their) own blood and make slaves out of them,” as pointed out in the National Humanities Center Resource Toolbox on Slaveholders’ Sexual Abuse of Slaves.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF BLACK PEOPLE
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF SLAVES
SLAVE FARMS
SLAVE TRADE
SLAVERY

1.) It was common for the slave to be subordinated sexually to the master–even men with enslaved males. It was part of the enslaved man’s function as an “animated tool,” an instrument of pleasure.

2.) When enslaved males turned 15 years old–and younger in some cases–they had their first inspection. Boys who were under-developed, had their testicles castrated and sent to the market or used on the farm. Each enslaved male was expected to get 12 females pregnant a year. The men were used for breeding for five years. One enslaved man name Burt produced more than 200 offspring, according to the Slave Narratives

3.) To combat the high rate of death among the enslaved, plantation owners demanded females start having children at 13. By 20, the enslaved women would be expected to have four or five children. As an inducement, plantation owners promised freedom for enslaved female once she bore 15 children, according to Slavery in the United States by John Simkin.

4.) If the enslaved woman was considered “pretty,” she would be bought by the plantation owner and given special treatment in the house, but often subjected to horrifying cruelty by the master’s wife, including the beheading of a child because he was the product of an enslaved-master affair

5.) Often, the plantation owner would entertain his friends by forcing the enslaved Blacks to have orgies–multiple pairings having sex in front of them. And the white men often would participate in the debauchery

6.) Enslaved women were forced to have sex with their owners, but their masters considered this a favor. White men often claimed they were doing Black women a favor by saving them from having sex with Black men who were considered to be animalistic and brutal.

Texas' abortion law does not offer any exceptions for survivors of rape or incest.

1.) TEXAS HAD OVER 26K RAPE-RELATED PREGNANCIES IN 16 MONTHS AFTER ABORTION BAN, STUDY SHOWS

Newly-published statistics show the number of rape-related pregnancies after Texas' restrictive abortion law took effect.

A study published Wednesday in the Journal of the American Medical Association shows that there were an estimated 26,313 rape-related pregnancies during the 16 months after Texas outlawed almost all abortions. Texas has the highest estimate among the 14 states with total abortion bans, though Texas also has the largest population, according to the study.

Texas' abortion law does not offer any exceptions for survivors of rape or incest.

Of the pregnancies, an estimated 5,586 occurred in states with exceptions for rape and 58,979 in states with no exceptions.

2.) Republican Texas senator says he will support new rape exceptions for abortion

One of the longest-serving Republican state senators, Robert Nichols is among the first to say publicly he'd support revising the state's abortion prohibition. He spoke Friday at The Texas Tribune Festival.

“Republican state Sen. Robert Nichols of Jacksonville said Friday that he'd support a change to Texas' abortion laws to allow victims of rape to legally obtain the procedure.

"If I get a chance to vote for an exception to rape, I will vote yes," the East Texas senator said during a panel of Republican lawmakers at the 2022 Texas Tribune Festival. "I think instead of us telling women what to do, we should show our support for women of this state."

Nichols is one of the first anti-abortion lawmakers to say he would support loosening the abortion laws when lawmakers meet in January.

3.) Texas governor defends abortion law with no rape exceptions

DALLAS (AP) — Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Tuesday defended a new state law banning most abortions that also does not provide exceptions for cases of rape or incest, saying it does not force victims to give birth even though it prohibits abortions before some women know they’re pregnant.

Recent surveys by the U.S. Department of Justice found that most rapes go unreported to police, including a 2019 survey that found about 1 in 3 victims reporting they were raped or sexually assaulted.

Abbott signed the measure into law in May. Although other GOP-led states have passed similar measures, they have been blocked by courts. Texas’ version differs significantly because it solely leaves enforcement to private citizens who can sue abortion providers who violate the law.

* Texas Abortion Law

* The Texas abortion law prohibits physicians from performing abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected. The Texas Heartbeat Bill became state law with a trigger in place that subjected it to a Supreme Court ruling which has now effectively enabled it. This legislation went into effect on September 1, 2021, sparking heated debates and legal challenges throughout the nation.

* What are the exceptions under Texas abortion law?

The law criminalizes performing an abortion from the moment of fertilization unless the pregnant patient faces “a life-threatening physical condition aggravated by, caused by, or arising from a pregnancy.” There is no exception for rape or incest.

2.) In states with abortion bans, rape exceptions ‘fail to provide reasonable access’ to survivors, researchers say

Now, new research suggests only a small fraction of people who become pregnant through rape are able to obtain a legal abortion in those states, including those with exceptions in place for such scenarios.

After analyzing multiple datasets, researchers estimated that between July 2022 and January 2024, nearly 65,000 people became pregnant through rape in the 14 states that have total abortion bans, according to a research letter published this week in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine.

3.) Co-author of 14-week abortion ban bill defends leaving out exceptions for rape or incest

MADISON – A proposal seeking to ban abortion 14 weeks after "probable fertilization" does not include exceptions for cases of rape or incest because "a 14-week timeframe is a long enough timeframe to make a decision," a bill co-author told lawmakers on Monday.

Lawmakers on the Assembly Committee on Health, Aging and Long-Term Care heard testimony on a bill introduced Friday that would ban abortion after 14 weeks of pregnancy except in situations where the mother's life or health would be endangered without the procedure — a measure that would reduce the timeframe for legal abortions in Wisconsin by six weeks.
