Neanderthal-Denisovan ancestors interbred with a distantly related hominin

I have met a few wrestlers when I was in High School, that I was certain had more than 3% Neanderthal genetic material. They could almost rip your limbs off and their sloping foreheads they used to grind your flat one with.
I also dated a girl (briefly) who told me all men are Neanderthals when you are alone with them. And that is a scary thought too.
