If this had been a kiss between a heterosexual couple of wouldn't even have made it to this forum. Nor would it have made it to the news. The goal is a day when a couple, regardless of gender can share a kiss and NONE of us see it as news. That's the LGBT agenda. To walk down the street holding hands, to share an embrace, to be able to be your truest self and have it not be newsworthy. To have it not be tabboo. To have it not be considered "making a statement". I know that this is still news, and maybe that's the problem. When a kiss like this happens LGBT media is always going to applaud it as a progressive moment. And one million mom's is always going to boycott and make media statements. Hopefully, by the time my children are our age, they will live in a world where they are free to love, regardless not only of the race, skin color or religion, but also regardless of sexual orientation, without it being an event worthy of news or of posts on places like rally point.
For the folks here, perhaps we can get to a point where the discussion is that we are for or against public displays of affection, and not focus on who is making them.

I have no problem with LGBT content in shows that are not intended for children, or for which small children are clearly targeted a a major part of the audience. The Macy's Day parade is the wrong place for a sexualized/erotic kiss between any people claiming any sexual proclivity. Clearly NBC's "standards and practices" is operating on a "social justice" agenda.

I can no longer assume that a NBC children's program will allow my grand children to be little kids. So until they publicly address what their policy is, and how they intend to help me pre-determine if a program is appropriate for my grand children, there will be no NBC shows viewed in my house when my grand children visit.
