Common term actually, sailors also use it to differentiate between those attached to a Marine unit (who wear our uniform) and those attached to a Navy one, i.e. a hospital.

Oh...sorry, sir, I entirely understand, of course...really, I do, honest...it was merely that themterm struck me as amusimg...I realized it was just intended, certainly, as a form of common idiomatic grammar, it's just that the usage simp!y struck me as funny at that moment, I'd also realize d whynitmwas being used. I'd seen, I believe, or at least heard of, blue jumpsuits of some type, worn by, I believe, Navy, as a work uniform, in the past, I'd also thought of that when I'd first read the term blueberries here. Honestly, it was just amusement, amd I was of course merely trying to be light hearted about it. However, I of course entirely understand the rationale for the usage now, obviously, by all means, many thanks.

Then, too, I migjt also have been thinking about the dark blue work uniform aboard ship USCG personnel wear that I think I've seen as well, I believe.
