Navy Captain sacked for misplacing confidence

Self doubt can destroy ! Well He parted with long standing tradition by not blaming someone further down the chain of command. lol I can't see that ever actually happening in real life for any erros in judgement, not when there are scapegoats even if He had any self doubt.
