I haven't listened to a word she has said since she told people in response to a direct question on Obamacare that you have to pass it to know what's in it.

Actually, that was her most truthful statement ever. The ACA was, like almost all modern legislation, a "suggestion". It took tens of thousands of pages of rules and regulations ground out by the bureaucrats to show us what it was going to do and how it was going to work. That is the nature of America's Administrative Government - the one that exercises all legislative, executive, and judicial powers these days.
