No debate in my home. All of the animals are hers. Of course, the only way who the animals go to if we separate will even be an issue is if she gets more animals, thereby causing a separation....
(Seriously. I didn't even make her promise not to cheat on me when we married. My one and only promise from her was 2 pet limit. We currently have 3 - which caused me to move out for a week while we worked things out. A 4th may not be recoverable.)
