Unless there is damage, from a legal perspective, a non-issue. It's done to some degree all the time.

IF all of this is accurate information, I do not see President Elect Trump dismissing her over a book.

SSG Shavonde Chase I agree. Sounds more like partisan politics from what I read. I was surprised to learn about VP Biden's past issues.

Unfortunately, plagiarism -- both in books and in academic work (both of which apply here) -- is far too common, and is unlikely to matter to Trump. Personally, I would hope that a revelation like that would result in the school revoking the degree (no matter who it is), but I doubt that will happen.
