Missing soldier Gregory Morales' skeletal remains found near Fort Hood, mother says

The remains of one of two missing Fort Hood soldiers have been identified, according to a family member.
"It was a missing soldier. My missing soldier Greg Wedel," his mother, Kim Wedel wrote in an email Saturday to ABC13.
Police said skeletal remains were found Friday in a field several miles from Fort Hood, after a tip to Army criminal investigators. Army officials have not yet confirmed the identity.
Private Gregory Morales was last seen driving his 2018 black KIA Rio outside of the army post on Aug. 19, 2019. His last known contact was the following day.

I just posted a new article that they suspect foul play. His mom said, before they found his remains, that he had been involved with some wrong people.
I'm not sure what he was into - maybe drugs? Some drug dealers get crazy. There's prostitution rings down there around Hood too. I just read that 14 soldiers got busted at Hood in a prostitution ring. No surprise - 5 years ago the base SARC got caught running one. Hood sounds like a messed up place.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff good info. Thought that story was a little strange and the said they got a tip and found the body. Bad all around.
