Over the last three years, Chartreuse Saloon's free pool tables and eight-ball tournaments have made it into a destination for Kansas City-area players to show off their skills, sip craft cocktails and enjoy a plate of nachos.

When I was in HS, my best friend and his sister (who was also my girlfriend) used to run the table in either eight ball, or nine ball. I got my one ball in, and then basically brought them pretzels and soda ...and occasionally pizza. For me, a three ball run was lovely. For them it meant they screwed up. LOL

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - My old girl was up at the bowling alley with me. We decided to shoot a game of pool until a lane came free. Three tough young men tried to hustle me. So I told them I suck at pool, but they my girl would give them a game. They laughed. We used the money she won to bowl and get a burger. LOL
