‘Medical Marijuana’ Still Doesn’t Apply To Veterans

Medical Marijuana pops up again. I've never used it, and don't plan to, but a lot of vets do use it to sleep, for pain, PTSD, etc. unfortunately it's against the law if you're a civilian, except in the states that approve it for medicinal use. In the Miltary, it's done, but if those using it, get caught, there goes your career.
