Master sergeant says officer lied in case of Fort Hood soldier facing 9 years in military prison

Too many moving parts going on at once. Seems there were 2 child protective services cases, one in North Carolina, and one in Texas. Seems the Texas case resulted in children being removed. Where was her son when CPS took the other two children. Am I missing something? Then her lawyer bails on her.

Sounds like a too-common instance of prosecutorial tunnel vision.
