CPT Jack Durish See the difference between me and this young Marine is that I would be facing actual murder charges, as I routinely practice under stressful and varied situations, including moving and shooting, and shooting moving objects while I am moving. I would have emptied the magazine, performed a combat mag exchange and continued to fire until I was sure the threat was, shall we say, "neutralized"
