Capt Gregory Prickett I'm aware of it because I dealt with this issue as a federal law enforcement officer and it's not about warrants it's about not working with this administration. U dont need a warrant to arrest an illegal alien who has crossed legally they have already broken the law and are in custody it's a simple matter of holding them til Federal authorities can pick them up but they will not hold them and cooperate this was never an issue until the Obama administration never had issues with Clinton or bush administrations dealing with illigals. My family goes back 4 generations of boder partol ,cbp, ice agents and these are the topics at family gatherings.my cousin is the station cheif for san ysedro Cali right now and complains how local law enforcement and liberal judges just continue to let known illegals criminals go and not reporting them to federal authorities which is what they are supposed to do bit they rather have sanctuary cities and protect criminals.

Capt Gregory Prickett I will be the first to tell u that there are issues with holding and the detention centers and the breakdown between state and local and federal holdings facilities and detainees being held too long we had them here in Florida waiting 2 years to be deported but warrants will not fix all the issues because they do not have comply with the federal warrant .our problem was is that we will show up at their court hearing to pick them up and they would be released by the judge then let them out the back side of the Sally Port after processing out knowing good and well we are there to pick them up that's the problems I'm talking about but hopefully they can get it all worked out but the politics are dividing the local and federal levels not trying to get into a pissing contest brother and I appreciate your input thank u !
