US Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch: ""a state's legitimate interest in protecting the integrity and practical functioning of the political process permits it to exclude from the ballot candidates who are constitutionally prohibited from assuming office.""

Trump is NOT "constitutionally prohibited from assuming office." He has NOT been convicted of a crime that would prevent him from holding office.

MSgt (Join to see) - The 14th Amendment says nothing about "conviction."
I'll make you a deal, Tom. I will accept the Supreme Court's decision if you will.

MSG Stan Hutchison ok, I’ll play your little game. Biden can’t run either due to the 25th Amendment (Mental and physical health).

MSgt (Join to see) - 25th Amendment:
3. Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

So, he has to declare himself unfit, or the VP, or Congress. None of those will happen.

Yes, it was. Trump was NEVER convicted of a crime. Therefore, under the LAW, it was unlawful to remove his name from the ballot. And Trump has the right to due process that was never afford to him. His rights were violated.
