Lenient treatment?

How do you get there?
Clinton - had docs, hid docs, destroyed evidence, lied. Investigation verified all of that, but said don't prosecute anyway.
Pence - had docs, admitted he had docs, no real investigation.
Biden - had docs, denied he had docs, obstructed justice (and used the WH to do it) then finally admitted he had docs. Investigation verified, but said do not prosecute, anyway.
Trump - had docs, admitted he had docs but was in negotiations about which docs he could keep. His stance was RIDICULOUS, but it was, nonetheless in negotiations. FBI raided, seized docs - and a lot more - and has since tampered with that evidence. And he is the only one being prosecuted.

How is that "lenient?". How is the ONE GUY actually being prosecuted being treated leniently?

And, oh yeah, there is the little tidbit that out of the four, he is the only one who can make a legal claim to have those docs legitimately. Now, I, personally think that claim is pure BS. But Clinton, Pence, and Biden all three had no legal authority under any statute no matter how far it was stretched.

I have said it many times, I'll say it again, the classified documents case is the ONE case which has legal merit. I hope to hell that when it is all said and done, a guilty verdict is returned and Trump does real time in prison. Not just fines and parole, but actual prison time.

But lenient? Not the word I would use.
