It's ironic that President Biden wants to cut production to oil in Alaska and restrict fracking on Federal Land. Nobody realizes that after he put those restrictions into place, oil production is down 2 million barrels per day. Just think what 600 million extra barrels of oil would have done to the oil market, there would be no oil shortage and it would be lower prices worldwide. It's funny how a full bird colonel on Facebook showed me an article from National Public Radio claiming that President Biden was not responsible for racing inflation for oil prices. Everyone can have their own difference of opinion but I noticed people on Rally Point and in the mainstream media protect the president fighting at all costs but I did hear his gruelling news conference yesterday and he was finally asked some tough questions and he chose not to answer them correctly.
Oil is in our future with or without Joe Biden. I'm sure many of you remember being in Baghdad seeing rolling blackouts because of local authorities couldn't generate enough power for the whole city. This was not because of the green New Deal, this was because of the lack of generating capacity, I'm sure the same thing will apply like what happened in California and in Western Europe when the renewable energy Reserve is not there and you have shut down all your nuclear power plants and you rely on solar and wind to make up the slack. You need to maintain some kind of fossil fuel or nuclear power station because we do not have the technology at this time. We don't have a flux capacitor that could make power out of nothing.
