Topic is Russia during Biden's time, but it reminds me of North Korea during Trump's time. Otto Warmbier was imprisoned during the Trump administration. Instead of Trump getting him home alive, the former President talked about love letters with Kim Jong Un.

North Korea returned Otto Warmbier to the US in a coma and he died later.
