I meant women not religion. I’m sure one could make an argument about religious diversity in the military too but that wasn’t my point.

SSG Robert Mark Odom Latinos have always been a Growing Community in the military and I'm glad to see that Trend continuing although disappointed to hear that they are Under Represented in the Senior Ranks.
