I'm with Diane Swonk's comments, “I’m not worried about those [tech] workers not getting jobs pretty quickly.”
Job growth in the tech industry were up 25% over the same time last year and for some of the most in-demand professions (software development, hardware engineers, etc) are up 150% and more.
The key aspect of the jobs is finding that job you don't have to relocate to do. There are many that can be accomplished remotely, but it's especially hard (if not impossible) if the work infrastructure isn't set up to accommodate that.

WOW..that's rich...let's hire a bunch of anti military anti establishment modern subjective minded hippies to do tech for our veterans. Yeh..thats a good idea. Not like the VA has any problems now.
