Having Been Stationed At Osan AFB, South Korea, I Admit To Having Enjoyed Some Kimchi.
Everything We HEAR About Kimchi Seems To Be Unfavorable, But Until You've Had Some
I'd Suggest You Try A Small Amount, Then Use Your Judgement Afterwords. I Have Purchased Kimchi From A Local Retail Store, Sold In A Clear Glass Jar & Kept Refrigerated, But It Wasn't Nearly As Good As The Fresh Kimchi I've Had In Osan.
