So far, Joe has appointed Kamala as "Border Czar," and now "AI Czar." I don't think Joes understands that word, "Czar". I have worked with mentally challenged persons who were smarter than Kamala.

Actually, GIGO only applies to data. Kamala is even further into the weeds. She hasn't a clue as to what is AI anymore than her grasp of rocket science. The truly embarrassing part is that she delivers these word salads to audiences comprised of people who are real experts in the fields she is attempting to preside over.

CPT Jack Durish - As a programmer for more than 45 tears, GIGO applies to everything, not just data, which can be anything. Sure, she may not understand A.I. but she is correct. Bad teaching in gives bad activity out. Just as a child. Bad data, behavior, produces bad behavior out. It is the couch experts that give A.I. credit as a being, capable of learning by itself, independent of its basic teaching
