Of course the DOJ will not prosecute him. First he's a progressive Democrat lackey. Second, he has paid his dues by permitting the wholesale violation of Federal Law since his appointment. I just thank the good Lord that he was never appointed to SCOTUS!

Not really. It may seem that way right now, but prior to Trump's appointments it was a activist court (leftist) hell bent on depriving people of their Constitutional Rights. Sadly, the pendulum will swing back towards allowing oppression by government agencies. Truth be told, while the weakness of the current administration is extremely concerning, SCOTUS is truly in a position to destroy this nation.
