The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is paid $15,583.20 a month, as is every service Chief, regardless of years of service. Is it not, therefore, permissible to presume that a demonstrable level of intelligence goes with that job? Is it also reasonable to presume that someone at that level of command authority is capable of making such an observation about such a "photo op" long, like years, maybe, before it is brought to his attention by a swarm of media degenerates??? Hell, I got paid $108.00 a month when I joined the Navy in 1969, and I would have known that then, simply based upon common sense.
