Good article. Issue is not that Trump had possession of classified documents. Issues are that he allegedly took them with intent, misled his lawyers about them, claimed that he could declassify by former presidency alone and refused to comply with a legal subpoena.

I think in both cases involving Trump and Biden it will be hard to prove injury to the United States or some advantage of any foreign nation. However it would be nice if both of these dumb shits weren't allowed access to classified information ever again. Regardless of having served as the President of the United States, Biden doesn't know the color of his underwear and Trump is rather caviler in his understanding of national security - they are going to get someone killed.
