Here we go again. Is everybody feeling the "tingle". Trump is going down! How do we know? Well, a grand jury has been impaneled to indict him, hasn't it? Well, actually, no. A grand jury has been impaneled to allow for taking testimony under oath. The special prosecutor can't do that alone. So, this is just another ordinary, routine step in the investigative process, one which I'm glad is occurring. When it is completed and President Trump is exonerated from any wrong doing, the hysteria will end, right? Yeah, fat chance.

23 grand jurors charged with examining subpoenaed documents, listening to witness testimony and ultimately deciding whether criminal charges are warranted is standard practice. As well, as the author indicated, grand juries do not always return indictments. Ray’s Whitewater grand jury did not result in criminal charges against then president Bill Clinton. If anything this is an indication that the investigation will not be wrapping up any time soon. Grand juries typically last for 12 to 18 months but can last for years. It would require a majority of jurors — 12 — to issue an indictment. However this should not be a surprise because the impaneling of a grand jury in situations like this, when you’ve got an investigation, is typically how you move forward in such cases. This article is pure speculations at this point in tine.

I'll take that bet any 7 day of the week. Just where is/are the juries impaneled and what is the voter distribution of the area. 4% of the population in DC voted for Trump. So, there is a method to pick jurors that are favorable for the outcome that you seek if you are the lead investigator. What once was a counter-intelligence operation has now turned into something much different. I'll wager a bottle of bourbon on this any day.
