Here is the thing...too many questions unanswered. Did she go to the ER and get a rape kit done? Did they scrape her uterus for the kit? Did she report the rape? If she wanted to get rid of the baby, why didn't she go to another state that allowed it? Did she challenge the law? She wasn't forced to give birth...there were other options. Just because one state doesn't allow it doesn't tie your hands. Rape is never right but there are other options to not have to carry that chils. And she shouldn't have to.
