Don't agree with her on the view the Putin isn't looking at countries outside of Ukraine as a desert after he's finished with dinner. If there is doubt one way or the other, I come down on the side that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

The only thing I see that's worth a bit of merit in what she's saying is that I believe the funding should go to war and humanitarian efforts and that's it. I really don't know if it is or isn't, but it should only be going to those two things.
