Now for the important part. Today is the anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth. Forget Presidents Day. This is his day and he is well worth remembering. The struggle that he fought continues to this day. We as a nation are under attack from without and within. The greater threat is within. Those who call themselves "Liberal" and "Progressive" are sworn to bring down the nation that Lincoln fought to maintain. Yes, "Liberal" and "Progressive" are warm, fuzzy sounding words and many love to claim them, but if you look behind the curtain, you will find a movement dedicated to replace government of the people with government of the better people, themselves. They, the intellectually and morally superior are prepared to take your liberty in exchange for relieving you of responsibility for the choices you make and their outcomes. Please, be liberal. Live in liberty. Take responsibility for yourself. Accept the consequences of your choices. Be liberal with your time in wealth in helping the less fortunate. Don't support a government that takes from you to give to the less fortunate to buy their votes.
