I liked the model foods they displayed in most restaurants. Whether it was sushi, KFC, Pizza Hut, they all looked so real.

MAJ Ken Landgren - Don't think so, mostly Europe. I'll check them out. I watch the YT vids on teppan yaki, wagyu A5. Yakisoba was always a treat for me. Those guys drop a couple hundred bucks a plate on that wagyu, maybe lobster or scallops on the side. Too rich for my wallet. One club in Naha had $100 cover, and it was pocket change to them. I never saw the inside. Tokyo even higher. Much higher.

MAJ Ken Landgren - Nice. Iwakuni and Hiroshima were as close as we got on Mainland. Landing at Osaka is fun. Flew out of Kadena, Naha, Narita and Haneda. Stops in Yokota, Anchorage. There was one show with a guy that would eat anything, food challenges. Everything from fish guts to Panic Attack Wings. Guy Somebody maybe. Triple-decker burgers etc. I like the less reality oriented and more educational ones. The certification ordeal for serving fugu and all chefs is rigorous.
