Homelessness among veterans drops to record low levels

Let us hope this continues. However, we must acknowledge there are some Veterans (and non-Veterans) that are where they want to be.
I personally know a Veteran from up near Spokane, WA that visits his family for about 2 months out of the year and spends the rest of the time "on the road." He has been doing this for over 30 years that I know of. He loves it, the freedom to come and go as he wishes.
Not exactly the American Dream, but it is what he wants.
