Might be time for a Civics lesson on how Constitutional Amendments are passed or modified. Just like Obama's promise to the Hispanics to enact Comprehensive Immigration Reform in his first year. How did that work out?

Good!!! Citizens United was a horrible ruling that did nothing for the average citizen and made easier for individuals and groups with money and an agenda to muddy the waters and buy both Liberal and Conservative politicians. Also, tell me what Citizens United did or does for the poor or the disenfranchised voter or the person that may be the next Eisenhower but doesn't have a SuperPAC to bankroll him/her?

Citizens United law has dumped a ton of money into Clinton's coffers. It is like the Keebler elves telling you that cookies are bad for you.

All she said was she would introduce a proposed Amendment,, she is very well versed on the Constitution. And we liberals are, for the most part, knowledgeable as to how amendments get passed.
