Windows are nice. Recreation without someone shooting at you is nice. A small step up but a Significant One.

That's a hard choice my choice if I wasn't thinking would be leave him there he wanted to go so he can stay. But the thinking side says bring him back do a full investigation on him and any family to see if he's the only one who did it all records checked and give him federal prison he's gonna get that anyway though
