Does anyone really care what Brett Favre thinks about Olympic weightlifting and transgender athletes? I sure don't.

I would love for people who say "real" female or "true' female to explain to me what that is. Here's what they usually say: "A woman who has all her parts." Or "who can give birth."

First off people who describe anatomy as "parts" and can't say the names are ridiculous. Secondly - there are plenty of cisgender women without ovaries, uterus, cervix, etc. Are they not real women? What about infertile women? What about women who choose not to have children? Are they not "real" women?

It's just pure ignorance.

Problem is that even lowering testosterone and taking estrogen reduced muscle mass by only 5% and doesn’t change anatomy and anatomical function related to testosterone doesn’t change. Low normal cardiac function in women is pathological in men, men who have transitioned to women need to be elvaluated as men.
