Great video - thanks for posting. A few years back I saw the changing of the guard @ Buckingham Palace. The guard played and marched to Pinball Wizard by The Who!

Britain's Foot Guards (five regiments of foot guards and two regiments of household cavalry, of which the Grenadier or 1st Guards are a part) have always adhered to the philosophy that military units that are motivated and excel in garrison discipline and duties (including ceremonial drill) are also the best on the battlefield. That philosophy also holds true in many of the Commonwealth military establishments. When I was in Canada on Marine Security Guard duty, the embassy mailman was a retired Company Sergeant-Major in the Canadian Guards (sister regiment to the UK's Grenadier Guards), and he explained to me that those units that perform best in garrison also perform best in combat. The video of the Guards' Old Comrades Association shows that once learned, discipline and drill are not forgotten.
