Dems lose the House and with it their Jan 6th circus. Que the DOJ to pick up the baton. The GOP will pursue a Hunter witch hunt. It is all so tiresome and has nothing to do with "justice", only power.
I disagreed with the GOP withholding the Garland nomination. I thought it set a bad precedent. I guess Garland still holds a grudge. Can't say as I blame him.

Please. When Garland opens an investigation into Hunter Biden I'll retract my comment. If Trump decided not to run, I doubt Garland would have announced a special council for the ongoing investigation. Deciding to criminally investigate an announced presidential candidate by the current president’s administration, one in which Biden intends to run for re-election is unprecedented.
Perhaps Smith will have better luck than he did with Gov. Bob McDonnell. Garland may not be breaking any laws but the appointment of a special counsel screams political motivation by a political Hack.

If you want to ignore the fact that politics plays a role at the national level you go right ahead.

There they go again. Is anyone really interested in watching this farce again? Oh yeah. There are a few here on RP...

Capt Gregory Prickett - Not nice and doesn't really add any information to the conversation. Whatever many people may think, Trump has been out of office for 2 years. Whatever miscalculations he may have made during his presidency, Biden has had 2 years to fix them.

I don't actually agree that Trump left the US in as bad of shape as Hoover. He had both notable successes and failures. Job loss is far too complex a topic for 'the land of the oversimplified answer' (a.k.a. Rally Point).
