Franklin was/is a minimal Hurricane. It will downgrade to a Tropical Depressin, as moves into Mexico. Watches and Warnings are already in effect with minimal effects on Southern and Coastal Texas.

For weather , Im definitely not one to give advice but isn't it unusual for a hurricane to go strait west through the gulf like that ?? Just asking Thanks !!!
