Anyone hear anything further about this story?
It sounds like another great example of using a firearm for defense. However, the story is short on details, and as stated, it's being investigated as a homicide.
I know in some states it wouldn't matter if it was justifiable, they would prosecute; but I wouldn't normally think North Carolina would lean that way.
