I used to think it was messed up when Soldiers died in training at NTC. Then this stuff has been made so public, by which I mean it was probably happening for awhile we just weren't tracking.

CID has to get on top of this investigation.

Now Fort Bliss is having issues similar to those that happened at Ft. Hood that resulted in the removal of their Commanding General. The Secretary of the Army got involved in initiating that investigation!
