Elvis Eskridge, an Army veteran from Fort Scott, Kansas, says he grieved over the president's words.

"I served so everyone of color, and even President Trump, and all Americans have a seat at the table," he says. "My daughter is (biracial), so I'm very concerned about her when I hear stuff come out of the president's mouth."

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel: Let the cognitive dissonance begin with the twisted pretzel logic that it wasn't racist because something, something.

Patricia Overmeyer - If You Use the Phrase "Go Back Where You Came From" You're a Racist in My Book and if You Try and Provide Cover for someone that said that You're a Racist in My Book. The Benchmark that some of these "I'm Not Racist But" folks use is Incredibly low.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - Same here. And everyday the benchmark moves lower.

My true story about this latest outrage. I referee soccer from U-6 to semi-pro. About every game I tell the players that I will treat them all the same and that they all look alike to me. So, one game a 12-13yr old dark skin boy from a Caribbean island looked like he was going to start crying. I quickly asked him what was wrong. He sad a player from the other team told him to go back to Haiti. I asked it he was from Haiti. He say, "No, I'm from Trinidad." I said, "What's the problem? Tell that boy to go back to Ohio." I then told the boy to grow a thicker skin, that life will get harder as you get older.

So instead of addressing the problem and maybe making the world a slightly better place you taught the boy to escalate a conflict.

Escalating means he will be one up. I wanted the boy to even the situation. Only weak people are bullied.
