I saw this painting for the first time last week and was just amazed that an 8 year old girl could painted it. I had not heard the story about this painting before and had to do some more research on her. Amazing story and amazing painting.

Amazing piece. I always use the Biblical test for "authentic" Christianity. If it lines up with the writings of Scripture, and does not lead off to "another Jesus" - someone other than the Biblical Christ - it could be possible. That "something" affected this little girl's life in a special way, I have no doubt...... The Bible will always be my standard as to determine "authentic" Christianity, however spectacular the claim or vision.....
