OJ Simpson was acquitted in criminal court, but found liable in civil court. We shall see if a similar fate happens to Kyle Rittenhouse.

I think it is inaccurate to say the Kenosha officials "created" the situation. This will be interesting to see how it turns out

Rittenhouse has been officially declared by the courts to have been acting in self-defense. Adding him to this case is nothing more than a publicity grab.
And the case itself is a cash grab.
Huber was there and acting criminally. He was part of a mob that created the powder keg his parents are decrying. If they want to sue anyone, they should sue their dead son - he was as much responsible as anyone.
