If Bimbo has a plan to totally segregate the plant later on then it makes sense. If they don't plan on further eliminating cross contact then it's an issue. This really makes the only sensible approach by the FDA. More than likely that's the grey area unseen. With the ban Bimbo has to do more to segregate the facility. I am siding with the FDA on this one. I think Bimbo was labeling as DOES CONTAIN sesame rather than labeling as MAY CONTAIN sesame.
