FBI Investigating If Student's Death Is Hate Crime

My God.

This brilliant brother you see pictured below is Richard Collins, III. On this past Thursday he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant, Intelligence Division, in the US Army. On Tuesday he was scheduled to graduate from Bowie State.

That won't happen. He was just stabbed to death by a white supremacist. The man who stabbed him, 22 year old Sean Urbanski, is a Neo-Nazi and Alt-Right enthusiast.

It is a waste that the young man never had the opportunity to make the country/world a better place for us all. Rest In Peace my brother.

I am not a supporter of "hate crimes" and have said so a score of times on RP. This was a brutal murder by a man that needs to get the death penalty but likely will not. I am not interested in his motivation but in his behavior. He is like a many others in this country that feel their ax needs to be grinded for all the world to see. But make no mistake, this is not a one way street. There are plenty of hateful people on all sides committing crimes with race as a motivating factor.

Let's punish this loser to the utmost extreme of the law and if he cannot get the death penalty for this, you can thank the left in this country for ensuring he did not. It will be them at the heart of laws to stop the death penalty for vermin like Urbanski.

SPC Kevin Ford - If that is true, and I am not sure that it is, that merely reveals the stupidity of the hate crime law. Murder, in the first degree, should carry the death penalty or where there is none, life in prison without the possibility of parole. If those sentences are carried out faithfully, how could you do any more than death or life in prison without parole?
