Family of Marine killed in training accident pushes for new safety procedures

SSG Robert Mark Odom I thought these matters were reviewed by military experts. Are families having input to the degree that transparency allows them to peruse guidelines? I don't agree with many things that happen on active duty, but I think policy should remain in the military venue. As a family member I would want to be engaged in the process but that undermines the process.
