CID doesn't suspect foul play...which doesn't really mean much. But if there's truly no evidence of foul play it could have been a suicide. Therefore her sexual assault would have been the contributing factor.

I'm getting really tired of the way that sexual assault victims too often are punished one way or another. Rarely the perpetrator.

I live in El Paso, so I have been seeing updates on local news. I agree that the perpetrators of sexual harassment or assault tend not to be punished. To her leadership’s credit, even though she reported the incident six months later, her attacker was arrested, and their living and working locations were separated. My heart goes out to her family.
